Many towns in eastern Monmouth County are showing significant single-family unit sales gains year-to-date relative to last year during the same period. While the county overall is down 5.3% here are some of those towns that are "in the black" as of today:
- Fair Haven: up 38.6%
- Monmouth Beach: up 33.3%
- Rumson: up 14.2%
- Highlands: up 11.7%
