10 Comments on Warren County & Cincinnati Area Things to Do October 8-9 2011
Great post and lots to do in and around Warren County. . .you are inspiring about how to blog about our own communities . great job and have a terrific weekend!
Fernando, There's just a "cornocopia" of things to do around here, pretty much all year long, but even more so right now as some of the strictly seasonal activities arrive. Hope you have a great weekend too!
Who would have ever thought in their wildest dreams that a sauerkraut festival would still be going strong 42 years later!
Craig, And growing too! 350,000 people is a LOT of people, especially for a small town like Waynesville. The normal within the city limit population per city-data.com is only about 3100. That's a few zeros short of the Festival attendance :)
As always, there is plenty to do on the weekends in Warren County and the great Cincinnati area. Good local post BLiz.
Anita, Thanks! Lots of options all over the county. Only dipped into Cincinnati for the Zoo and the Oktoberfest.
Mmmm Sauerkraut Festival or Oktoberfest, which one should I go to? Oh heck, I can go to both!
You always have great things to do. Good post.
Steve, And you could do both thanks to the length of the events :)
Liz & Bill if you have not grown up loving SauerKraut you can not appreciate it.....I have not had it in years, now that you blogged twice about it I will have to go to the store and indulge again:)))
Endre, My mom used to make it occasionally, but it was right there with brussel sprouts and liver for me! :) Bill
