Getting off the fence seems to be the main issue. Buyers are just not sure prices have come down as far as they possibly can.

Yes Jill, that is exactly the main issue, buyers seem to think prices will continue to go down and are waiting...well, they are not entirely wrong, value has gone down since last year and the year before, however, interest rates now are at a all time low which means buying at the low price now is even lower with all the money they are saving for 30 years at this low interest rate vs. the higher interest rates!

We need to make buyers understand how lucky they are to be buying in this market!

Open Houses and Information for both Buyers and Sellers are key here. I believe that when you give your client the informed data, with your guidance, then we can move forward!
