Dorie, Thanks!  We're steadily working through and providing a similar post for each of the patio home communities marked on the custom map, there's even more to the north that arent' visible on this version, but the posts are coming :) 

We're really hit the jackpot in our local area, with Ohio magazine selecting Lebanon, and Money magazine placing two of our local communities (Mason #24 and Springboro #42) on their recent Top 100 places to live list :)

BLiz, I sure wish we had a place like this here in the Triangle...  They would sell like hot cakes.  Patio homes are some of the most desirable homes right now as they really fit a niche need.

Pamela, And for us, it's a niche to work and has had the best blogging results.  Our MLS systems here don't have a clear category for them, so you've got to dig to find them.  They're not quite Single Family Homes, and they're not quite Condos :)

This is great information for anyone looking to purchase a Patio home in the Countryside Community in Lebanon Ohio BLiz!  I personally love the idea of a low maintenance lifestyle!  If I was moving there I would seriously consider a patio home :)!

Anita, Eventually, assuming our IDX solution can handle a street by street callout, we'd like to set up the custom search buttons for the developments.  It won't capture unlisted new construction or FSBOs, but will be nice to have it covered :)

Don, One of the cool things about the patio homes is they're not age restrictive.  They may tend towards the 55+ age segment, but they're also great for just starting out professionals who travel extensively as one example.  There are a few communities that are building new patio homes, and the builders are doing pretty well with the product :)
