SmartNew restaurants open up in our area. There's a new movie release. A company comes out with a new product. A new candidate appears on the scene to consider to vote for. You pick a new REALTOR or Stager or loan officer to try out.

What is the ONLY Election With Customer Service That Counts?

That is the one we vote with our time, energy, dollars, and above all our FEET. Poor customer service we walk away from. We tell 20 times as many people how shoddy we were treated. Box office bust. Bad reviews. Even BLOGS about how bad you were. Never to use you again.

In contrast we want to be voted into office. Raving Fans!! Our mission with excellent customer service is to DELIGHT CUSTOMERS. WIN all your elections. Set yourself apart from the mediocre masses!!

Very true Gary! Sometimes I think we share our poor experiences more than our good ones and it should be the other way around. The bad service and business may just naturally fade away when no one continues to "vote" for them.
