Welcome aboard. I am also new to ActiveRain.

Question: What are your thoughts on 'Video' in the real estate industry?? With the expansion of YouTube and other video sharing sites ... how do you think this will effect the wave of professionals utilizing this platform for marketing??

(( I, personally, have tested, tracked and tweaked this concept in other markets and have seen a *MASSIVE* amount of positive response from my efforts ... however, it wasn't until recently that I began implementing these strategies into the real estate market. With a high-standard for 'professionalism' in our industry, I find it hard to capture the "human" feel of the YouTube-type video in regards to real estate... ))

@Ron Reed: Video is of course a terrific way to show off a property, and to show off yourself. I think it's only a matter of time before all real estate sites (and all websites for that matter) have a large video component. Ten years from now, surfing the web and surfing your TV will feel much more similar than they do today.
