Congratulations on the new addition and thanks you for the reminder that family should always be first. .
Family that only sees each other once a year is so different then when they live close by and can enjoy, connect year round.
Good for you, Tammy. We all need to take good breaks so we can stay fresh and sharp. It looks like you had a great time. Excellent!
Congratulations - you will be a fabulous Aunt, your neice is very blessed to have such a committed one in her life!
Hi Tammy, congratulations on your new family member. It sounds you were able to spend a wonderful time with this young family!
Thank you for sharing the pictures. It is nice to take time off to be with family .
Hi Tammy--almost doesn't matter about the last 4 years when you look into the face of your adorable new niece. So good to take the time away from work to visit with loved ones. I always feel more grounded after vacations like these.
YAY Tammy! So glad you had a fabulous 2 weeks with family and were able to reconnect! Loved looking at the pics, thanks for sharing!
Tammy, sounds like this two week vacation is what you really needed. You have a nice family!
Tammy great that you got away. I am so thankful that I have a business partner. She and I know about family first and we cover each other. By the way #12 is selling jeans or hats or something.
Tammy, Glad you were able to get away for a bit and have some quality family time :)
Tammy, congratulations and good for you. Of course I agree with your priorities. Sometimes it can get too easy to forget that we work to live, not live to work.
Sandy- it was nearly perfect. If I could afford drivers and big ole' bus so I could have taken my puppies with me... it would have been perfect.
Deb- it always brightens my day to see your sassy self over to comment (have I told you lately how much I adore that photo). Thanks for the feature. I love that group. I do feel like I log my "diary" there.
Evelyn- I just love digital. You don't have to stop to wonder if you have enough film.
Phil- good order of things. I run my company the same way.
Fernando- She's a beauty.
Andrew- My husband's family is scattered... Hawaii, San Diego, Minot, ND... so those times we do get to visit, are very very special.
Mike- yeah, I was about sharp like a spoon before my vacation. I do feel renewed.
Joy- I hope Cassidy shares your enthusiasm about my "aunting" abilities. LOL.
Silvia- was a great time.
Gita- it was a wonderful time. Loved spending that much time with my Donald too.
Janet- one of my nieces had just turned 13. I remember when she was born... time just flies, but you are right... those hugs and kisses make time disappear.
Samantha- glad you enjoyed it. I loved my family time.
Michael- I was super blessed to be born into and marry into a loving and wonderful family.
Liz- ah, so that's how some people do it. LOL BTW- recently when a potential client asked me if I wanted to see his bank statements I asked him if he was from NY and he narrowed his eyes and looked at me and said "how'd you know?" as he's lived in California for years and lost his accent, but I knew because of things you mentioned when we were chatting.
Bliz- me too. It was needed and enjoyed.
I highly respect anyone who puts their family at the front of the list of priorities in life. Business comes and goes but family is forever.
Mike- thanks and I also know from my own sad experiences that we can't just "plan for later", we aren't sure we have later.
Bryan- I'll have to plan better next time I come out and get you to drive down to San Diego to say hi. :)
Tammy, I rarely spend the amount of time with my family that I want to. I'm guilty of trying to build my real estate business most of the time.
Eric- just remember life is fleeting and don't miss moments you can't get back.
Tammy, I am glad you got to spend some quality time with your family. Your great niece is a cutie. I know you will enjoy your time with family, and Have a Nice Vacation while you are at it too.
Jerry- I had a wonderful time, but back to the grind stone for me now.
