Homes for sale in Lancaster 17602 trends seem to be lagging in comparisons to the other reports I have posted. The absorption rate is over 13 months, considerably more than the 7-8 months of Lititz and Lancaster 17601.

However, the most important trend of sales price to list price proved very similar to the other reports. Accurate pricing for listings and writing Agreement of Sales continues to prove true. This is the key to selling a home for sale in Lancaster or buying a home for sale in Lancaster.
