Carla:  Included a little joke here on a serious story. ;-)

Joe:  Yes, I have a few contacts for people if they don't choose to do it themselves. Many people are concerned because income is not increasing but their taxes sure are!

Lyn, another terrific post for ALL home owners in Schaumburg IL!  I know at one time folks here in Wake County were able to, I need to check that out and see if they still can here and if we have a deadline.  Great info!

Lyn - first, I love Carla's comment - hilarious! I just posted (as you know)  what makes you better than your competition and just the fact that you always give your clients the kind of information in this post, and know everything there is to know about North West suburbs of Chicago and pass that info onto your clients/potential clients shows that you are Realtor of choice in your area. Reading your post regularly, you are deeply committed to helping your clients buy and sell and are with them every step of the way!
