During the past two weeks of rainy weather, the heavy cloud cover has created some brilliant sunsets in southern Utah. And this one is no exception! Weather experts agree that when excessive moisture mixes with particles in the air, the atmosphere takes on intense red tones. They light up the sky fantastically, creating an ethereal fiery effect.

Utah has wonderful sky scenes that are unusual to most out of staters. I remember some amazing sky shots I took when I was in your state a couple of years ago. Your photo here, indeed looks like a wildfire in the sky!
