OK - I'm commenting just because you said this was just for the ladies *lol*. I know my wife used to go to a ladies only gym. In the end she quit and went to Golds.

Oh, I wish they were here! We have recreation centers that are terrific, but I need a certain time to attend a class or I never go! Classes change or instructors move and then I have to start over again. It is all about making the appointment and going.

Good for you to take care of yourself. I agree that signing up for a class or having a buddy (which is what I do) is a great way to keep yourself on track and accountable. If you aren't takingcare of yourslef, you don't have the energy to take care of others!!!! Nice modeling!

very clean facility, well maintained. Beware, however, of the contract, especially cancelling your membership and "freezing" your membehsip. Customer service in this regard is sorely lacking. I got burned!
