Interest Rate reduction?

What are people's thoughts about this weeks Rate (Interest) meeting? How many of you think we are going to see a reduction in interest rates this week and why. Trying to see what the consensus is out there. Would also like to see how many people believe this will help (if we get a reduction) (or if it stays the same).

The word that the lenders I use are giving me is that interest rates will stay the same pretty much for the rest of this year and then begin to climb early next year. Their advice to me was that if we have buyers on the fence to strongly urge them to buy now.
