Sales for last week compared to the same week last were down 91 vs 153 LY
Inventory continues to outpace pendings sales.

Internet Activity (Buyer leads)
The total absorbtion for the county is down -37% for September. Typically resales account for 40-50% of the total absorbtion of single family homes. This year the number are slightly less as builders are dumping inventory rich with deep discounts and incentives.
Condos and Villa homes that went pending last week were 22 while new listings were 248. We expect the condo inventory to push through 9000 again as sellers reach out for seasonal buyers between now and Easter.
