Job recovery. What is it's impact on economic and housing recovery?

North Dakota and Texas both on the upswing in the job and economic recovery. Michigan has been in a 10 year decline with no foreseeable recovery. The south in general is recovering more quickly because they are more business friendly.

North Carolina usually tracks with Texas, but so far this hasn't happened. Long term for North Carolina this is just a bump on the road. The Raleigh triangle area will grow so fast in the next 10 to 15 years they will likely attract another NFL franchise.
