In addition to the Renaissance Fair, which is going on in Sarasota on November 2-4, there is the Sarasota Medieval Fair at Hunsader Farms which takes place November 10-11 and 17-18 this year!!!
Hunsader Farms are located in East Manatee County - take I75 and exit at 220 - travel east on SR 64 and turn right on CR 675 - the farm is located directly on CR 675!!!
You will think you have travelled back in time to 13th century England! There will be jousting matches and human combat chess!
