Do you gamble?  Most of us don't.  Especially when it comes to our main incomes, retirement investments, kids security, the roof over our heads.  With that said, those of you sitting on the fence thinking there is still a bottom out there might not be able to time it.  Once the market "turns" its no longer a bottom.  Opportunities abound RIGHT NOW.  There is a ton of inventory and homes with sellers who are saying:  "Bring me an offer".  Your best investments are purchased when no one else is buying... Once people start buying, there is going to be less available.
