How to buy a home in Utah. Plain and simple you need a buyers agent. You do not want to purchase a home with out being represented. Remember the agent you call on the sign, who has the home listed for sale, is working for the seller. That is where their fiduciary duties are at. They are working for the seller, not you. You have the right to your own representation and should do so. Do not fall prey to thinking you'll save money by not having an agent.
