With seven months of available inventory all indications are that Byron GA is a buyers market. Technically it is, but sellers should rejoice because over the last year homes have sold, on average, in 61 days. For the homes that have sold, the sales price to list price ratio has hovered around 90%, which indicates buyers looking at a $150k property can expect to pay at least $135k for the home.
