The Newcastle subdivision is located along the Alcosta corridor just past Bollinger Canyon. It is close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to 680. The homes are made up of patio homes, smaller single famiy homes ranging in size from 1300 sq. feet up to just under 2000 sq. ft. These homes are 2, and 3 bedroom homes. The streets that are in this category can be identified as Spring & Winter.
The other section, Fall and Summer are the bigger single family homes ranging in size from 2000 square feet and up to about 2800 square feet, 3, 4 bedroom homes.

2010 Closed Sales over the same time period:
- Patio Homes: 9 Homes closed; Price Range $375,000 to $580,000; Average $/sq. ft. $309
- Single Family Homes: 3 closed; Price Range $667,000 to $712,800; Average $/sq. ft. $284
