If you're looking for a Lebanon patio home with easy access to Cincinnati or Dayton, and very quick access to Historic Downtown Lebanon, Hathaway Commons patio homes may be just the place for you!

Hathaway Commons patio homes are a semi-circle street section off Monroe Road and Hathaway Commons is NOT part of a larger community like most area patio home communities are. As such, there are no extras with this community, no pool, clubhouse or tennis courts. However, you're a short distance from the Countryside YMCA, so the world's largest YMCA should be able to meet your recreational needs! .

Also convenient to the community is an assortment of retail and restaurants as the area enjoys significant recent growth. A short distance away is a Kroger Marketplace and a Super Wal-Mart. Just down SR 48 is a Target, Kohl's, Lowe's, Home Depot and various restaurants. For more variety you're only about a 10 mile trip to the Fields Ertel interchange and extensive dining/shopping options. Lebanon also offers a great home base for golfers, with an abundance of quality area courses.

Ginny, How about a National Scenic River? The Little Miami River is a key part of Warren County's appeal. Very popular with the canoe/kayak group with plenty of easy access points. Also alongside the river is a former railroad turned bike/skating/jogging path that runs for close to 80 miles? It's a popular option during all but the winter months.

Roger, They're a nice pocket community. One just went on the market this week for $199,900. We don't see many in their go on the market, so it's a good opportunity for someone :)
