Silvermine Woods is a group of luxury homes, in a spread out fashion of a cluster of single family homes or PUD (Planned Urban Community).  Usually, the homes are clustered close together, and have "wild" space to share.   Here, you have a lovely golf course all around you, space everywhere, and lovely grounds!

Good morning, Dagny..... nice post about Silvermine Woods....it's not a secret anymore!!  our town has a subdivision of this magnitude that surrounds a country club and the beautiful greens.... great place to live.

Dagny those are huge houses at 3,500 to 4,000 square feet.  The bad part is that with them being on the golf course Ed Silva would probably come visiting all the time ......... LOL
