It Never Happened!

After updating and completing our latest website about short sales, I was asked to compile a list of testimonials about our performance. 

We have collected a few over the years but the most compelling testimonial we ever got . .was after we refused to do a short sale.. .

Let me explain.. 

A short sale is not always the best option for you. If you can afford it and qualified for a well structured loan modification. . by all means go for it! You have to pay to live somewhere anyway!

In a lot of cases in my area, we have up and coming markets that you know are on the way up. .and is a matter of time before a homeowner can recoup their lost equities. 

But under no circumstances, you should try to keep a home when you know the final outcome. .if you can't afford it even after a loan modification, nothing will make more sense that doing a short sale. Of course each case is different and you should seek the advice of an experienced real estate agent.

Ok, here's the testimonial from a short sale that we never listed:
