I'm taking the time to do this because I care for you to make the right decisions and I want you to make a home run when you finally find the right property. . 

I have purchased a few properties in my time before, although the market is completely different. . the reasoning never changes

WHY? . .

First, I want to tell what has helped me over the years. .

It is the understanding  that buying an investment property is like listening to music. 

If it sounds good, and the beat is right . .just start dancing as you wait for the next song to play. .

But, if you analyze it .. music note by music note and take in consideration the ridiculous movements we make with our limbs when we dance.. .I guarantee you that you will never dance.

There is an element of risk in every investment we make. .just like there is an element of looking ridiculous when you dance. .

Analysis Paralysis has kept many people from buying great investment properties while keeping  their money sitting warm under a mattress. . 

There is risk and then. . .there is risk. .

You have to find the right balance based on your personality. .
