This marks a mile stone for me. I have had days where I have written 3 or 4 offers, but this was the first time I closed 3 escrows in one day. Each one of these clients found me on Active Rain blog post about short sales. One was a state search on active Rain and the other was from a listing post on AR. One I have worked with for almost a year, another about 6 months and the last for 3 weeks and they all came to me through Active Rain. What a wonderful platform, 3 people now have their dream homes.
