Sun City Festival in Buckeye Az is in the building stage again. As I drove through Del Webb Sun City Festival yesterday it was a great sight to see the homes in different stages of buildout. Sun City Festival is a Active Adult Community located West of Metro Phoenix in Buckeye Az.

There are approximately 18 homes being built at this time and it makes it feel like days past when driving along hearing the compressors running the saws humming and the sound of hammers in the air. My drive through Sun City Festival yesterday was a real motivator as it is a sign of things to come in the future. As we all know the companies that create jobs in this country are the independent contractors, small business owners and the labor force. When you stop to think how many jobs are created by a single home being built it is quite amazing.
