Canyon County offers a retreat for the person with tired nerves and cold feet. Cyclones, blizzards, destructive floods and sunstrokes are unknown here. In no other part of the state is the weather more nearly perfect than in the valley around Nampa. Many a man doesn't use an overcoat and sleeps out of doors every night of the year. The person who can't sleep either doesn't care to go to bed or is entertaining an attack of dyspepsia. Statistics show that Idaho has a lower death rate than any other state. There is no malaria and lung troubles are unknown. Altogether, if one is seeking a fine climate, where he can make money and enjoy life, Nampa and Canyon County is the location for him.
