National Open House Day in McDowell Mountain Ranch

Join us this coming Sunday for National Open House Day, being celebrated in McDowell Mountain Ranch. With over 80 homes open for buyer viewing, this event is the first of its kind in the community.

Visitors are being directed to the Desert Canyon Commercial Center on 105^th St. & McDowell Mountain Ranch Road) where you will receive a list of open houses, with price and location, to help you decide which homes to preview.

The Sunday Arizona Republic will have a full page ad with more information about the specific open houses and the McDowell Mountain Ranch community.

Date: Sunday, November 4th, 2007

Time: 12-5 p.m.

Refreshments will be served at many of the homes.

Come join us and see all that McDowell Mountain Ranch has to offer.

Kathy, The event brought in about 115 potential buyers to the main gathering area, where they received a print out and map of all the homes available, so they could focus on homes in their price range. The event was a great success!
