(wkyu) - The President of the Kentucky Association of Realtors says the recent drop in mortgage interest rates is a good sign for the real estate industry. Tony Clark of Owensboro told WKU Public Radio that attitude plays a very important role in the home-buying decisions of many people, and he's encouraged by the fact that long term mortgage rated dropped below four percent last week. Clark believes lower interest rates can help to encourage home purchases in a variety of price ranges. © Copyright 2011, wkyu
