CanEquity Mortgage is offering 3.59% APR on a 5 year fixed closed mortgage.

The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) was up 154.41 points closing at 12,029.96.

Canadian/US Dollar Exchange Rate rose 101 points to close at .9830 USD.

1 Canadian Dollar = .9830 US Dollars.
