There was a cultural event at the Indian temple in Chalfont last week to celebrate an Indian holiday.
My husband teaches Indian music and some of his students were invited to perform from 5.30 pm to 6 pm.
We had to carry our musical instruments so were concerned about finding a parking spot close by and when we went someone just pulled out and we could park close to the entrance. This was like a miracle.
The students started their performance at 5.30 but one student did not arrive till six pm. We did not think they would allow him to perform . Miraculously, the group that was to come at six did not show up so they requested our group to continue and this boy could therefore perform.
There was a forecast for rain. There was a tent outdoors so they could serve refreshments after the show.
We were lucky that it did not rain.
Then while we were about to leave I ran into a client who had bought a house many years ago who said she was going to contact me because they want to buy an investment property. I did not go there for networking but just to celebrate our Indian holiday and here I found a prospective buyer.
Miracles need not be big life changing events. We see small miracles every day and do not even realize it sometimes.
