I Think The Other Agent Is a Honey Badger!

I am working with the oddest agent I've ever seen. This woman just doesn't care about anything. She is the listing agent and just isn't doing ANYTHING. It took me a week to get escrow open. I had to pick up the disclosures from the sellers myself. I can't get an answer on repair requests. Nothing.....She just doesn't care.

Have you seen this video? My son showed it to me last night I think this is her. I really do! She doesn't care if there is a water leak. She doesn't care that we are late on title and HUD for the lender. She doesn't care if we cancel....apparently.

The problem is....my buyer wants this house and the sellers are great, they want to sell. I have met with HER clients a number of times to get things done and they are so grateful for us and very, very cooperative.

Finally yesterday I told her that I was going to call her Broker and get him involved to complete this transaction. But....you guessed it...she didn't care.

If you are sensitive to language (it's not awful...but you know, the "s" word and a "f" or two....don't watch this, but if not...it's really funny. And if you imagine it to be the agent...well, it all works.
