Sit no longer! North Branch Minnesota is starting to hop. The number of homes for sale is way down and new construction is starting to be the in thing.
Even home sales in much of the state are taking off.
Prices are the lowest in 10-15 years depending on local. Interest rates are the lowest in current record keeping.
House payments are far less than renting, as much as 50% at times.
If you are sitting on the fence, get off, pull out your splinters and call me. There are still some good deals out there, but if you wait...that could disappear.
