September 2011 Market Update from Carova, NC 27927

September was an excellent month compared to August's sales in Carova. My belief is still that 2011 will see the most transactions in 5 years, and that this can be the first step to recovery. Total transactions year to date are on par with 2010. I am being told that sales are up on the other beaches along the Outer Banks. This is proving to be a great year for real estate sales in Carova, NC.  Whether you are interested a house or land, now seems to be right time to buy.
