School district boundaries were set long before this area was developed.  The city of Columbus developed northwestern Franklin County aggressively in the 1970s and 1980s. Worthington is not part of the Win - Win agreement with Columbus.  Worthington had an agreement prior to "Win-Win" in the 1980s.   Dublin is part of the Win - Win agreement along with other Central Ohio school districts.  Attendance areas within the school districts are available from each school district.  Attendance areas within the school district may change year to year based on population shifts.
