Visit Morgan's Spooktacular Haunted River Weekends in October!
Brrraaaains!! Brrrrrraaaaaiiinsss!! Are you a Zombie appetizer?? A potential snack attack victim? Well Morgan's Outdoor Adventures in Morrow gives you the chance for some close encounters of the scary kind if you've got the nerve to wander through the Forest of Lost Souls!!! And if you survive the forest, the Haunted River might claim you!
As you can tell, Morgan's Outdoor Adventures isn't giving you the typical haunted house routine here, you're getting a unique experience! Running 7 - 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays in October, you get a combination guided hike complete with Zombies and who knows what else coming out of the woods, and then a short guided tour on a life raft (it WON'T tip over & you'll be wearing a life preserver) and who knows what waits below or above the water on the Haunted River!
Now since this is a guided tour, you might have to spend some time waiting for the next group to start. BUT, there will be a bonfire and movies showing....and here's the good part, the camp store sells s'mores kits!! Mmmmmmm......s'mores!
They're limited to 400 victims people a night. Reservations are recommended (call 1-800-We-Canoe....1-800-932-2663) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. And since you made a reservation, they'll knock $2 off the normal $15 Adult & $10 Kid ticket price. Because of the scary nature of the event, they DON'T recommend kids under 10. And don't think you can just drop off the kids, 17 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Where: Morgan's Riverside Campground and Cabins, 6262 Gilmour Road, Morrow, OH 45152. Take I-71 to SR 123, head east on SR123 (away from Lebanon) and go about 2.6 miles and turn left on Gilmour.
We hope you have a great time!
