Always A Bridesmaid, (Shopper)...Never A Bride, (Investor)

I don't know what to say about this market. I've seen several swings and fluctuations in the past, but this is outdoing them all!

   Buyers just can't decide!

It's not uncommon to show our buyers in excess of 20 listings before they make a choice. Some of them are NOT going to be narrowed down and insist on keeping their endless options open...they are not willing to be "closed" because they are waiting for...and seeing better and better as time goes on.

The Grass is Always Greener and There's A Pot of Gold at the End of That Rainbow!

Trouble is, it has to end sometime. It's like the groom who waits for the perfect bride and before you know it...he's gotta take the gal that's left over at closing time at the local gin mill. If only he'd taken the opportunity while there was still time...

So ugly that Frankenstein says, "DANG GIRL!!!, YOU UUUUUGLY!"

Shopping is great and waiting for a great deal is even better, but waiting too long can cause regret. I think most people would agree that in the long run, a little buyer's remorse is better than a whole lot of regret. Think back on the late 80's and early 90's. How many "Coulda, woulda, shoulda" stories have we all heard? They were GIVING houses away, (It seems), but you know, 10 or 15 years from now, people will be saying, "Wow, I wish I took advantage of the housing market back in 2007/2008...I'd have made a fortune!!!"

There's GOLD in these here hills! You just gotta know where to look...

Lania, Great one. Just look at all those sellers who waited for the market to reach the top and Now... their homes are just sitting on the market and they have to sell for less than what they originally had in mind!!!!!
