"The Fast Talker" (for Seinfield fans)

Yes, I question sometimes bank Representatives that connect with us when we are doing short sales.

For most part, they are helpful because that is their jobs and I fully understand that person does not have the decision make capability to make any difference in my short sale.

But from time to time I wonder where they find some of this employees with zero training. .

Case In Point

I just heard a message from a bank representative in my voice mail. .

"Hello Fernando Herboooosssu . .my name is Jen? for the property five too too sinveme fol"

I listened to the message 5 times. .could not catch the proeprty. .that is a problem for me because I have more than one short sale.

then she proceeded to tell me that a BPO has been ordered and I should contact an agent named

"Tollis Cerefus?"

"Now, you need to contact Tollis at this number to proceed with the BPO 301-90_ -37__ (that is the only numbers I could catch on the fly. .)

She said all this in a 5 second message. .

A FAST TALKER for Seinfield fans . .

And I really believe she was also chewing gum. .that may account for the Ceferus part. .

I love it! 

First thing Monday morning, I will have my 8 year old daughter hear the message and she may decipher it for me. .she talks that fast sometimes. .

A FAST TALKER is not going to stop me from saving my client from a foreclosure.
