For investors we are coming to a point in the market where you will start seeing things turn around.  I sense that when they turn, they will turn in a big (not crazy, but noticeable significant) way.  It's the time that agents cultivate relationships with tomorrows buyers as well as trying to put food on the table today. So while the news may not be all together good, I'd say that now there is a good opportunity to prepare and plant seeds for a turnaround.
