Tips for selling your home in the Fall

Keep your lawn tidy;  rake excess leaves that may distract from your yards appearance.
Place seasonal decorations around your home. Hang a fall wreath on the door or place pumpkins on your front porch.
Bake cookies or a pie before an open house. There are many candles on the market that will make your home smell like fresh baked goodies.
Open blinds and turn on the lights to brighten the home.
If you have a fireplace, light a fire if the weather is cool.  This will create a sense of warmth.
Trim any bushes or trees that might obstruct the view of your home.
Move pets to another location before showings. There are many products that will mask pet odors when sprayed before company arrives.
