In an earlier musing, the thought of the National Football League, Chicago Bears, being a positive or negative correlation for the Chicago housing market was put forth. To the amusement of many and comments of a few, there was at least some willingness to allow the mind to wander into the realm of sports for the possibility of a major league team to provide an indication of a housing market.
While I think it is unlikely, it would be one heck of an interesting rollercoaster for the housing markets of all major league teams to hinge on their team's performance...Kinda like a Home Value depth chart.
