If you follow the Haiku Maui real estate market you know there's not much oceanfront property for sale. When this beautiful property came back on the market I just knew someone was going to get a vey special Maui parcel at a good price. And they did... $625,000 for 2 all usable level acres with a million dollar view!
The white water views are awesome and inspiring. Ocean access is a bonus with this location, and that's not easy along the rugged north shore. Water is from a shared well in this case. Power has to be supplied from photo voltaics and/or wind. It's an off grid neighborhood and it makes it just a little bit challenging, but worth it!
