Over the past few years, I have made a good deal of money helping out clients who are facing foreclosure. Working with those in pre-foreclosure gives me an opportunity to help my clients get a fresh start. It also helps me out tremendously because these clients seem to share my name with everyone they meet. I have have made it a habit to reach out to those in the pre-foreclosure arena and have benefited with many listings. The code I cannot crack however, is getting listings once a property is foreclosed on by a bank or lending institution. Getting to the right person at a lending institution is not an easy task. Even when you find the right person, it still may be a dead end because they already have an agent in your area.
