As you do you will have laid the foundation of a productive and lasting business relationship.

 

Consistently exceed your customer’s expectations and they will beat a path to your door.

 

Show a sincere appreciation to your customers for doing business with you and they will reciprocate by being a return customer and by referring to their friends and associates to you.

Lou- so right.  There are a lot of paths a buyer can take so we have to make the path to our "store" paved with customer service, knowledge and quality work.
