Many home buyers are using FHA 203(k) financing to purchase fix-up properties. The cost of the improvements can be included in the mortgage and all of the work can be done before moving in. A good way for a smart family to create the perfect home.

Hello Paula, thanks for the visit. I was just over at your place and now I'm ready for a good salad. I'll have to have a light breakfast so that I can go in search of a good salad for lunch. Have a beautiful day. Yes, this little house offers good value for the price. It's a contractor special or the FHA 203k will help a First Time Home Buyer bring it back with rehabilitation built into the loan.
