Last year, the City Of Austin wrote more than two thousand parking tickets, to people illegally parked in disabled parking spots. KXAN interviews Bob Cafka, who explains the frustration of disabled Austinites who are unable to get a parking spot.

Austin is always on the cutting edge of things.  It is always sad to see people abusing the disabled parking spots.

Scott, it is so disrespectful to take a parking spot away from a person in need... no heart (it seems i'm in the heart mode right now)...i think Austin may have found a way to deal with it...good for them
