Anyone who drives in downtown Austin, knows parking can be a challenge. For those of us who live downtown, we see those challenges on a daily basis. Scott, it is so disrespectful to take a parking spot away from a person in need... no heart (it seems i'm in the heart mode right now)...i think Austin may have found a way to deal with it...good for them
