Sometimes your attitude can be manipulated by something simple such as the weather. Or maybe how you feel about something can be affected because you keep hearing either positive or negative stuff. Which is why it is important to keep a positive attitude and ignore attempts to influence or manipulate how you perceive things...

Positive Things Happen to Positive People!

Just yesterday I ran across an article in the WSJ that was pretty negative about real estate and people's attitudes towards owning a home. Instead of just reading the article I did a quick search to the study the article referenced so I could dig deeper. It turns out that not just the article but even the people that did the study seemed intent to play down how people actually feel about owning a home....
