Rich - great post and keep them coming! Looks like an easy piece of software to use. Is there a calendar or reminder function that will alert a user to contact a specific group or customer at any given time?

Hi Jeffrey, yes there sure is - you can set reminders for the system to notify you when it's time to make a quarterly 'keep in touch call' or to wish a client a happy birthday, for example. We would be happy to call you to discuss further. Let me know.
