Good morning to all! I recorded the video last night and I’m writing the blog this morning. Just not enough time in a day to get everything done at once! But what a beautiful day it is!

 It’s a lovely, crisp fall day here in Colorado. I just love looking out my office window and seeing the golden Aspen trees, clear blue lake, and majestic Rocky Mountains!

There are 20 homes or condos that were put on the market in Johnstown & Windsor this past week. Some are bank owned. I am feeling that there are more bank owned being listed.

Although Graham St. has 2 homes listed on it, they are quite different from each other. I think the one on 325 Graham has more character. But I’ll let you watch the video and decide that one!

Check out the listing on 6489 Half Moon Bay Dr.; Windsor – This home has some great features! I really like the wet bar and rec room down in the basement…perfect for entertaining! And look at that covered patio! Here’s a link so you can see all of it for yourself!
