Debb,
What a wonderful way to share your market report, seasonal and brilliant. I love seeing explosions of creativity that make statistics so much fun. Thanks for the smile, also. A
Ok, I'll join the choruses and say FANTASTIC!!!!! Really a good job, and very understandable for a really boring subject. SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!!!
Debb, Very clever using a pumpkin graph for a market report. Next month will it be Turkeys?
Great post Debb, I've been meaning to make time to take my grandkids to the pumpkin patch near us.
I like your creativity in this post Debb and the information is exactly what consumers need to see to help make an informed real estate decision.
I love the Halloween themed report and it made me smile even though I know what those numbers represent compared to just a few years ago.
Hey Debb ~ I loved this very interesting and amusing market report! Way to whet our appetite for all things 'Fall' and 'Washougal, Washington!'
Believe in the Great Pumpkin! :)
Bob - Thanks - nice of you to say.
Mary - I appreciate it - market reports are important, so it's worth it to make them a bit fun.
Thanks all - I've got family coming into town and am limited - but sure appreciate all of your kind words and I'm happy you appreciate the effort to be creative with this...thanks alot for the "suggested" from those of you who tried. I appreciate it.
It is a wonderful time for home buyers to take advantage of the attractive prices and the very low mortgage interest rates.
Have a great day and an outstanding weekend. Be sure to have your camera in hand to capture those special moments.

Cute pumpkin housing report Debb, and like your creativity! Have a great weekend!
Hey Debb...Ditto on the great creativity! Even though the information is important, the average housing report doesn't actually inspire people to click on it. Your Halloween theme is definitely a treat!
Pumpkins tell ALL! (Especially when they are sculpted by YOU) (^^)
I'm back, sweet friend. Let's set aside some time soon to talk. I have some things I would like your opinion on. Hope you are well.
A really neat presentation, Debb, and so original. Great job!
Debb - this is my favorite market report bar none - you are so creative my friend and can even make a market report interesting and fun - now that's a gift! Hope you are well and having a great, fun filled weekend!
Monday is my Happiness Day.
I visit as many blog posts as I can during the day
and spread happiness, which means I probably didn’t read this post.
I just stopped by to spread some happiness.

Debb--you "done it again, girl"...made a silk purse out of a sow's ear! You could write great copy about ANYTHING I think. I sure love how your mind thinks. (I personally have a really hard time with these and since my market is so teensy, I just bypass it altogether).
Debb, I agree with Gayle. I just was thinking that there has to be a clever way to do market reports and I was wondering what it was....well here it is. How amazing you are. I just love it. It is so wonderful to be inspired. I think I'm ready to work on some market reports. I just have not been able to make myself. Thank you! Have a beautiful evening!
Thanks all for the kind words - I really appreciate each and every comment and read through them carefully. I am going to post reply comments on your blogs.
