I urgently need your help – please call 609-553-4175. Let me prepare you for what will happen. You will hear a pleasant female voice with a slight European accent – that’s the sign you reached the right person. You don’t need to say much – just listen.

The woman will tell you that she has 100% success rate in her work. She will explain that she is doing a very important job for this country - protecting the citizens’ most important assets.

She has successfully completed every assignment she took. Few agents have this record, especially under current conditions.             No More Secrets

She will admit to being undercover for the last several years, regret and apologize for it. It was not her intent, it just how things worked out. Her family and friends know about her work, but without reminders of it, even they may not have it front and center in their minds.

Why has she been silent all this time? She thought that her good works would be obvious. She did not want to be pushy about what she does. Plus, there are many top guns in her area that people already know. Do they want to hear from another agent?

She actually tried coming out before. She has a blog on Active Rain, a platform where the top agents in the country talk about their work. In her blog she talks honestly and directly with her readers about what is important to them. Have you read it? No?  That's why she needs to do more.

She really wants to help you, your family, your friends and associates. She realizes that she has to change her silent ways, in order to help more people. Honestly, she is even hesitating with this post. What if it's too self-promoting? She's got to change. How can she help, if no one knows what she does, and how successful she is for her clients.

She is coming in from the cold. She wants you to call her. Her name is no longer a secret. She is - Faina Sechzer. She is me.

Call 609-553-4175, if you are serious about selling or buying a home in Princeton, Montgomery Township, Hopewell, Lawrenceville, and West Windsor, and start packing.  If you want I will keep your call a secret.

You got me! I was trying to figure out what the heck was going on! LOL!!! I like it!

BTW, double check your "BLOG" link, it has a couple extra characters at the beginnings so it does not link.

Charles - that was the plan. Thanks for the heads up on the link. It's fixed. We need to let people know that we can make them succeed in their home selling efforts. Who better to do it then the agents on the cutting age -you in Charlotsville and me in the Princeton area.

Wow, i still am heaving a hard time with self-promotion. Old habits die hard.

Thanks for your note.

Faina,

And you thought I'd never come over to visit with you! I do try my very best to reciprocate regarding those who were kind enough to comment on any of my Blogs. Even, such a heavy hitter as yourself. :-))

Your success rate is incredible! I'd be looking you up, as a client, if I lived in your area. That's for sure!

Your professionalism and intensity makes us all proud!

Jason - it was me. I need my friend's honest assessment -should I allow it to hang in the Cyberspace? Before the FBI gets me? All constructive suggestions I would except in an email. all "great post" things can be here. Thanks for your comment.

Paul -just keep me safe from the FBI after this post, please. It's already hanging out on Google page 1 for "Hopewell NJ real estate". Thanks for the compliment. When you sell your house, I'll be there in a minute to help. On the second thought, you need no help from me. Got to go, someone is knocking on the door. It must be them...lease come back to see that I am OK.

Cynthia - I know that we need to tell clients about our successes. In the agent overcrowded Princeton market, I ask myself:"who wants to hear from another real estate agent?". The answer is:"anyone who wants the agent who sold every house". I know it intellectually, but in practice I shy away. Hence -this post. I hope I did not scare people to call the police. Thanks for the compliment.

Faina, I have always had the same problem with self-promotion.  I could "sell" you or any other agent in a minute.  I'm really good at marketing other people.  I'm just starting to get over my block with selling myself.  I'm getting over it because it works to tell people that you are that good.  You sold me on you!  Good job and great inspiration.

Elaine -you found your type in me. I used to teach people to sell  - and they did great. I still do it -advise people how to sell themselves in their endeavours. Taking my own advice is the hardest thing. I am glad I got you going and thanks for the kind words. Seriously, if there is something I can do, just give a shout.

Duane - thanks, and no more "secret agents". If you know of anyone coming to the Princeton NJ area please give them my number. Your confidence would never be betrayed. No Congressional hearing for outing me -just my thanks.

Faina,I will do so. I do receive buyers wish lists and when there are no subscribers within the area the buyer is searching I do search for a reputable agent in the area to pass along the lead. I will keep you in mind Agent FS.

The thing that seems almost unbelievable is the 100% success rate.  What does that mean exactly?  Do you think it's sustainable?  I'm curious.  Anyway, congratulations!!

Don't worry about the self-promotion.  Remember, "It ain't braggin, if it's true."

By the way, thanks for reading and commenting on Man Shot By His Dog

Dan -I am glad you asked. 100% is simple -I have sold every house I marketed. I found a house for every buyer. Is it sustainable? I almost lost one at closing last week. What came up was absolutely beyond my control. I did learn important lesson though. For now, my record stands.

Keith and Robin -you must have the same question as Dan, if so -it's the same answer. "The tooting my horn" thing - I am a total newbie to that, but I am trying. Thanks for your encouragement.

Faina-clever has already been stated...so I will just say that I like it.  Self-promoting is a balancing act.  How to promote without being arrogant, or too much "in your face".  Also, this was so different that I see it as passing the 3 second 'in the trash" test......hard enough with so many people out there.

What is the source of your "slight European accent?"

Kathy -may be not so slight European accent, may be it's quite thick -just did not want to scare people. I am originally from Russia -but I was told, my accent is somewhat different. I used to dislike what you call "in your face" sales. There are so many agents with big claims to fame, I just have to be me. the problem is when no one knows who who "me" is.

Very creative. Your tale really pulled me into the story -- the mark of a talented writer. I'm not going to call, however, but I do wish you all the success!
